IAS Newsletter - November 17th, 2025

 We’ve shown up, spoken out, written letters and postcards, made calls, marched, and organized.

We have stained our hands with marker ink. We have stood in the rain and begged for the freedom of our neighbors. We have sat on countless phone calls and used our cars like mobile protest centers. We have made a real difference in many lives. We have gladly carried pool noodles and welcomed people to join our movement. We have survived on hand-warmers, cold coffee, and the Music Team’s infectious music. We have cooled ourselves on hot summer days with water from our Medics Team.

Every action this year — large and small — has made a difference.Now it’s time to take a breath, raise a glass, and celebrate the power of us.

Please join us on Sunday, November 23rd from 1PM – 3:30PM, at The Bierhall at Common Roots Brewing Company in South Glens Falls, NY (58 Saratoga Ave), for our  Year-End Celebration — United We Celebrate  - an afternoon of gratitude, good company, and renewed energy for the work ahead. Expect food, fun, and a few surprises as we reflect on what we’ve accomplished and look forward to in 2026.
